I just came back from Lake Tahoe (photos to come soon), and since I can’t do much with a broken ankle, I had lots of reading time with the most beautiful scenery a laid-up woman could ask for. So for all my hand-dyers out there (or for anyone else like me who finds this stuff interesting), here is a good read about the color purple and its origins.
